Thai massage in Marseille
Practical information
Sessions take place at my home, in a dedicated space, in the La Plaine neighbourhood of Marseille. Parking is available nearby. By metro: Réformés-Canebière or Notre-Dame-du-Mont stations.
At your place: the massage can be done on the floor, on a firm and comfortable surface (futon, mat or thick blanket).
Eat after the massage rather than before.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes that let you move freely.
Please don't wear perfume.
I massage all bodies, whatever their shape or gender.
No particular flexibility is required.
Keep your schedule light after the massage.
Payment: cash, card or bank transfer.
How the session begins
Before we start, we'll take time to talk about your needs, your lifestyle and your physical condition, so the massage can be adapted to you. Mention any pain, tension or discomfort, as well as things like stress, sleep or digestive issues.
If you mention a stiff neck, for example, I won't limit myself to that area. My overall approach works on the whole myofascial chain involved, to address tension as a whole.
